Phaidra launches AI platform to operate AI factories at scale

At this year’s NVIDIA GTC26 in San Jose, Phaidra launches its AI platform Phaidra Prism designed to accelerate data center operations and meet the demand of AI workloads. As data centers grow to gigawatt-scale, operators need new methods for running more machines more efficiently. Phaidra Prism delivers detailed visibility and advanced collaborative intelligence to AI factory operators so that they can maximize tokens per watt while limiting operational expenses.

Phaidra Prism is an AI assistant designed by data center experts for data center operators and technicians. Prism users interact with equipment and their data through a customized LLM to enhance observability, conduct root cause analysis and issue automated incident responses before issues impact SLAs.
